Training in Africa for HCPL/ATPL

I am 17 years of age and still in school in a private school in Namibia-Tsumeb Gimnasium.
I have a few questions for anyone interested in helping me...

1.) Where can I train and gain hours without paying too much, but recieving International rated ratings?(What ways are there to become a proffesional halicopter pilot?)

2.)How much work is there for helicopter pilots?(Is there a future?)

3.)How much do you get payed average?(Is there a future?)

4.)What are the requirements for a good pilot?

5.)What subjects must one have on school and how good do you have to be?(I'm on the IEB learning system)-My promotion point last year(gr.10) was 78%.
My subjects is: maths(high grade),computers, accounting, english(second language),afrikaans, physics and chemistry, biology. My best subjects are computers and accounting. My maths points last year was just below 70.

6.)And lastly-please give your oppinion about how YOU experience the job, does it get boring,etc.....

thanks so much
