Full electrical failure at FAJS ?

Does anyone know anything about a plane that had an electrical failure at FAJS today around 8am ?

yup, was fortunately heading outbound, heard everyone told to hold.

What I cannot figure out is why continue to go to JNB with marginal CAT1 or early CAT11 weather, when all your electrics have failed.
