B-200 belly landing HSWW

At about 08:45 L a 5Y- reg. B-200 belonging to Capitol Airlines of Kenya had a belly landing at HSWW.

Aircraft made a normal approach with gear down. About 2 seconds from landing the gear went up and the aircraft made a belly landing.

Fire crews on hand immediately, though there was no fire.

Airframe intact. No injuries.

Looked like only 1 crew on board and no pax.

Definately not a collapsed gear, gear was up when A/C landed.

Strange !
