Air Namibia new aircraft

It seems Air Namibia has welcomed a 737-500 ex Air France into it's fleet reg. V5-TNP seen in OR TAMBO on January 29th 2008.

Anyone know which 737-200 this is replacing V5 (-ANA,-ANE,-AND) or is this an addition?

And whats the progress on the short-haul airbus front? It was a year ago when the A319/320 were being studied for a short haul fleet renewal as some of the SAFAIR leases come to a close - but I'm assuming it's hard to lease the A319/320 in Southern Africa - at least not at a low cost?

Anyone with news??

They now replaced all their B732 with two B735, i.e. V5TNP and V5NDI. Big difference to the prevoius 200's they had.

Have they shelved their plans for A319's?
