VP-KJH was a Piper PA-22-135 Tri-Pacer (22-480) regd to one J.G.Thynne in 4.52. It became 5Y-KJH in 3.65 and went to Ethiopia as ET-ADN in 12.69. It was reported as damaged beyond repair on 14.4.74.

Seven years on from your exchange, I thought you both might be interested in a video my father took in 1954 of VP-KJH on Diani Beach in Kenya. The video includes another aircraft landing on the beach which I cannot identify.
