SA CAA Night Rating Currency...

I was just wondering if someone would be able to clarify the regulations regarding keeping a SA CAA night rating current on my SA CAA PPL. I am under the impression that it is 3 take off and landings every 90 days...

(Do they have to be full stop, is there an amount of hours that must be spent flying at night??? etc etc)

I have looked in my "Air Law for Private Pilots" and there seems to be nothing on the issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
