Any recommended study notes for ATP subjects?

I have plans of self studying the ATP subjects, can anyone recommend some good notes for this and are you able to order them over the internet?

You could try Gleim's (the Red Books), Culhane, Aerocourse or a number of others. Do a Google search for them. Of course, it would help if you had mentioned which country's ATP you need it for!

Seeing that this is the African forum, I meant notes for the SA ATPL exams. Does anyone know if any of the SA schools are willing to send the study notes abroad, i.e up into Africa after you buy them online?
