SAA appoints new CFO

Found this interesting quote: "October 25: South African Airways named Kaushik Patel as Chief Financial Officer."
Anybody have any further info? I believe the said gentleman was previously performing the same function for Telkom. This sounds a bit like jumping from safety ONTO the Titanic! Telkom has posted record profits over the last couple of years. We know SAA has'nt. So the question then becomes What are SAA paying this man to lure him from Telkom? Once again I want to urge SAA pilots to stand firm. There is obviously more to the re-structuring than meets the eye!

A very brave man is our Mr Patel. Maybe he can do more that rearrange the deckchairs.
