You definitely need a car in SA. There are no two ways about it. If you're here for an extended period it is defintely cheaper to buy one, than rent - chances are you won't lose out on the deal either as when you leave you can sell it for what you bought it for...........strange thing the used-car market in SA

You live like the average South African, dont go into bad areas, leave lights on, live behind burglar bars, travel in groups, dont act like a tourist, you can stop me anytime.....?

If you cant figure it out, dont come to SA!

That is very good news. Is it possible to buy a nice (without too many mechanical problems) second hand car for +- 30000 ZAR? Could you suggest a web page link in order to search for a used car in P.E?
