Pilots arrested for stealing A/C

Hi.
Does anyone have any info on the two pilots arrested at Lanseria for the theft of a King Air 100.

Apparently they were arrested by the SAP on landing at Lanseria after stealing the plane, doing an illegal charter and then trying to sneak the plane back into Lanseria.

Apparently ATC tracked them down at Springs, before they took off back to Lanseria which led to their arrest.

Eisch....what a bunch of palookas.

You pakooka

Please get your facts right next time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The only issue here is that one of three partners does not like the PIC, Because the pilot left him and his company due to bad management.

They had all rights to use that plane they paid them a few months in advance already !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They were never arrested!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for the crap intertainment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
you are the only Palooka around mate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

B777.

jA, you are three quaters right there....as you said, they were not arrested in the end, (but as I said..Apparently...and anyone have any info on it ).

But I do believe it was close.

But I do believe there are four partners, and two definitely had no idea that the pilot was using the a/c..(how do I know..I spoke to two of them today).

As for paying for the a/c in advance, I do believe that is the argument as the one partner has not seen his slice of the pie.

So it definitely makes for good entertainment as the saga continues as the pilot is refusing to tell where the a/c is parked.

But the next question is, which company are they operating the flight thru?????????????....

As for laughs, I do believe it was a scene right out of "The Bold and the Ugly".

Oh come on! That really sounds like the melodramatic things you will hear in a real soap. Lanseria is not that big, how can they not know where it is parked?

The a/c was hangered at TPSC and was moved outside.
A/C was then "borrowed" from their hangers whilst they were having tea, hence them not knowing that it had dissapeared and who "borrowed" it.

It turns out that the pilot's had permission from some of the owners to borrow the A/C, but not the owner, who "as they say" owes them money, who in turn had gone to fetch the aerie for his own use.

So when he arrived, no aerie, threw his toys out of his cot, called the cops, phoned CAA, (???, criminal matter), and wanted certain pilots whom he suspected of "borrowing" his aerie arrested.

One pilot at first admitted taking the aerie, whilst the other denied any knowledge.
They had done a charter to some place and still had the other half to do, so had left the aerie there and had bummed a lift back to Lanseria, hence, the aerie still missing.

Since the beginning of this whole saga, the aerie has re-appeared back at TPSC and is back in their hangar.

The two pilots, rumour has it that they are enjoying a long tall cold beer.

Now did they borrow the aerie, or did they just liberate it.....who cares.
