Unhappy startup buisness in need of bush pilot

I am in the research/development stages of a project in Kenya that would require bush pilot experience for flights from a national park to NBO. The reason for the position is not tourism related. It is a legitimate business that has to do with the transportation of our products. The frequency of transport could be as much as 2 times a week. the transport must be secure, and is small enough to carry in single engine prop. I am looking for answers to these questions:
1. are there companies reliable enough to handle this? if so who?
2. Is there need for a full time bush pilot with the purchase of a company plane?
3. What is a going rate for these services?and or salary for small scale bush pilot?

sincerely,
J.S.

Question

1) What payload will you be transporting?
2) Piston or turbine A/C?
3) Based in NBO or the bush?

1) I would rather not be specific but the weight would be no more than that of a single passenger.
2) piston (but ultimately up to pilot and company funds)
3) NBO (most likely)
