Question Air Afrique

Was in that neck of the woods the other day, and was wondering.... does Air Afrique hire non-nationals, and if they "do" are they looking for Airbus crews?

They also hire non-African type-rated pilots. Mostly Europeans, and in particular French or Yougoslav (do they still have the 737-300 from JAT ?).

They also had a bunch of EU pilots on the A300 and DC10, but African pilots prefer to fly outside Africa (makes their personal import business easier and more profitable) so they rather try to get a seat in the Airbus.

Now I don't think the company will survive the winter as the various states in that region want to create an "Air Afrique 2". Typically the same stuff, but with the debts gone back to zero... Well, at least for a few hours of course.
