Conversion to Kenyan License

I know that you need 250 hrs to get a Kenyan CPL, however there was an earlier forum which i found that suggested that if you did your training abroad in an approved integrated course at an approved FTO you did not have to meet this requirement to get a Kenyan CPL as it says on the license form. I want to convert my JAR License to a Kenyan one and did my training at Oxford Aviation Training, with 150 hrs actual flying time and the rest being sim time, on the APP First Officer. Does anyone know if this is true?
