Question Humanitarian Flying in Africa

Does anyone have any information about humaitarian flying organizations in Africa ?

Most of the humanitarian flying (UN, Red Cross etc) is contracted out to private companies, a lot of which are based in South Africa.

Have a look in the last 30 days or so on this forum. There have been quite a few threads recently talking about this.

Best of luck with your search but hold onto one thought...

There is no such thing as humanitarian flying - they are all in it for the budget. Make sure you have all the docs signed and the money in your account before you head off into the dark yonder.

Having said that, it is the greatest five years of my life, I hope you get in.
