Trans Air Congo Accident?
Well, it took longer than I thought, but on a previous thread (what would you do?) I mentioned I would be watching the news.
Now I hear TAC has wrecked half of their Boeing fleet in Benin. Fortunately I don't think anyone was hurt.
Does anyone have any details?
I understand both of the pilots were Iraquis. The Capt had been previously grounded for "unsafe" flying and the F/O washed out of upgrade training.
Once again the old adage: You pay peanuts, you get monkeys...

DI3G:
After listening to that "little voice" and speaking with you a few months past. I am glad I declined your invitation to fly in your operation in Congo.
Best regards,
G3
PS. There may be some 72 work in this hemisphere before Christmas, if it develops, I will email you
