PP, sorry this took a while, but i was hoping someone with more info at hand might reply, as i am out of country.
The Brazzaville to Luanda track is right on the western limit of the Minimum FL190 restricted zone. This zone begins at 140DME VNA and extends to the northern and eastern boarders. West of your track there are no restricted zones. This is not to guarantee that it is safe, just use your own discretion and stay out of the restricted areas. If you have to go up-country be sure to get the "how-to" from some of the guys around LAD.
Expect to be cleared to LU NDB and then for the RWY23 NDB or the ILS23 (if it is working) until you have the field in sight. VNA will usually give you a DME but the VOR rarely works. Clearances will be given in QDR/QDM referenced to the LU beacon which is 5nm NNE along the extended centerline of RWY23. VNA is close to the threshold of RWY23. It gets busy, so keep, your ears and definitely your eyes open
Hope this helps,
HJ

If you are flying a caravan mate, and are planning to fly on track, i would advise as high as possible- FL120 or FL140. Or better yet track towards the coast and then on down to FNLU. Stay well clear of those restricted areas and remember there are no fences around them on the ground.
Good luck with the swedish girls, you'll be lucky to find one in Luanda
