Question Best experience for SAA

Howzit Okes!
Im a saffie living in London, Ive completed my FAA com/IR in the states and am now in the UK dong a JAA ATPL with MCC,(part time) so that I can work in europe and gain some experience.
My goal (big surprise) is to work for SAA, I was just wondering wat kind of hours/experience I would need to have a good chance of getting a decent f/o job. I heard something like 4000 hours, cant be that much can it? any input appreciated.
cheers

Thumbs up

Now thats PATRIOTISM...
I think if you have some good Europeen experience they'll grab you without hesitation.
Maybe you could "swap-a-job" offer a SAA pilot to work in your European Company while you fill his seat at SAA.
Good luck Bok!
