All 3 your posts are that of a underpaid engineer or stweard with a rash.
If your a pilot, which you can't be with that attitude, try something else because your look at life is not what it should be and you're not gonna get far specially thinking like that when you haven't even been to your first school reunion yet and your career is still to start. Basically:"It's people like you what cause unrest"
Shape up or ship out cause in this industry everone is in the same boat. We all work for the same group, just get paid by different people, but the wheel turns so very fast, next thing you'll be begging the people you're dissing for your dream job and then it will go to your all smiling co-pilot in stead.

how do you even begin to judge someone on a posting on the internet.
so what if the guy has something bad to say about air aqu...life isnt always perfect nor rosey.
in actual fact, people who can only see the good in situations/employers are just as anoying as those who only see the bad.
get over yourself and let the guy have his rant, but, he should back up his grievance with some kind of explanation to his displease.

Everytime there is a new rumour, you always got some guy dissing the company or shooting his mouth off.
I bet your company is a circus too, i think you would be hard pressed to find any contract/charter company in SA that is perfect. Even the airline's aren't.
Whatever your beef is AQ is leave it at that.
As for the 146's, its best to ask someone who knows.
