All of them! If you hate one, chances are you will hate the others, the companys are'nt the problem, its all down to what you make of yor time with them and how you play the game

Question NAC Contracts

So where does this info come from? The last I heard is that NAC contracts is changing, NOT closing down! Anyone with facts and not rumours?

ghello alll, Happydays, well done you have used your right to vote, tell me do you fly a Caravan for Solenta earning R6000 a month?? on contract? and then you still need to put you $5 a day in the kitty for food? well if you do,your missing the best part of flying, ill rather sit in a 206 or a baron whisch i did for the first 1000 hours or so.My friend you build experience making your own choices. Not the captain telling you we can GO!!

Norse...i believe is a leka comp to work for, leka oaks, thats if you are from Durban.

Guys at the end of the day,it doesnt care who you work for,it cares who the other crew on the contract is.And ofcourse wether you think its better getting some Turbine time in the logbook as an Aircon opperator or flying by yourself making mistakes and learning of it.

Well put BOSS, 1000hrs in a 206 will always be better than the same in a Turbine. In a 206 you will learn to make the difficult GO/NO GO decisions. In a Turbine, the Captain makes it easy for you, also you lose out on flying into those rough bush strips.

BOSS, When I got my ATPL I had zero hours on a turbine. I know what you trying to say. I dont fly the vans. But I would also rather fly 206 than a Van to build up good experience. There is nothing harder than to fly a Baron single pilot in IF with your plate stap to your leg!

Have to disagree with you there... no doubt you go into dodgy strips flying a 206 in Bots or Nam but honestly, those strips are nothing compared to the strips that Caravans fly into in Sudan, Chad and all those other "marvelous" central African countries.

My friend you build experience making your own choices. Not the captain telling you we can GO!!
Agreed... BUT... if you are a co-pilot and you do just do what the captain says is okay, ur not a very good co-pilot. You are still part of the crew and you have a mouth to speak up, it's just all about the tone you use otherwise you might get a

No one can make your decisions for you, not even your captain.

Hi guys.

I will vote for RL and BJ anytime. Those guys just know how to run a good ship! period. If RL says the sky is blue then you don't have to walk out and check. If BJ says he will pay you X amount and you will live & work in Y conditions then its exactly the same.

If we look at the "size" of Solenta vs Qwila then we can say hands down that Qwila is top of the pile.

Smile Agree

Sat Boss,

I agree with you.

Qwila is not best but very reliable operator.

However not all are perfect but as I said Qwila has a huge advantage.

I am hopefull that QA will maintain highest level of service for more years to come.

All the best QA and Cheers.
