At least two people have been killed in a light plane crash near Petrusburg in the Free State, police said on Thursday. Inspector Lorraine Kalp said the plane crashed into a field on the farm Spitskop about 10km from Petrusburg. "At this stage it seems two were killed in the accident but we do not know how many people were in the aircraft," Kalp said. No further information was available at this stage.
