Cool KQ info please

I am hoping someone can help me with a little info about Kenya Airways concerning career progresion and salaries.

I am guessing most new hires go to the right seat of the 737, how long can one expect to stay in the right seat b4 making command?

also any info on the time to move onto the heavy equip.

Most importantly what are the salaries like for junior, mid-carrer, and senior pilots?

any info would be greatly appreciated

The career progression for permanent employees is good and fast and expect to be in the right seat for 5-8 years. That'll slow down a bit as the retirement age was recenly pushed up to 63 from 60. For a contract employee, no movement. Some of them have been in the same seat of the same airplane for a decade.

Salaries are fine and compare well with the higher bracket of international carriers.
