This worked brilliantly. Many thanks again. I was travelling with two natives, neither of whom knew about it but also thought it was brilliant. Saved us a lot of time.

In fact, if security and passport control in the normal international terminal are as busy as they sometimes are, it seems that it would almost be worth while walking over to the domestic terminal just to get in this way.

I am glad I was able to assist :-)
It always saves me lots of time when transfering from CPT to my flight to ZRH. Well, more time to spend in the lounge then, which is definitely nicer than standing in the queue. longest queue at international i have seen was bout 1 hour! longest queue at quick-connection was 2 people in front of me.

I actually once did a half-day stopover in johannesburg to meet with my boss. I already had my boarding pass for my ZRH flight, so I asked him to drop me off at domestic. Took a while to explain why I want to be dropped off at domestic when I am flying international
