NCAA Bona Fides

Can anyone please tell me what will be involved in getting my licenses converted to Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority/Administration (NCAA) standards? I understand I'll require a Nigerian medical clearance and a five day course on NCAA specific regulations. Anything else? Thanks.
