Sudan opportunities

g'day everybody,

Rumors are getting more persistent about jobs in Sudan, but I cannot find more official news. It seems that many contractors are already in place and sooner an huge openings for pilots.

Does anybody have more info, addresses, news. It looks a very good opportunity for the time being.

Thanks a lot

sudan

Guys! There are no jobs in Sudan unless you have good contacts in Nairobi, or within UN. You also need Kenyan license&workpermit, which you also cannot get without contacts these days! Keep on dreaming!

tks quite correct...

Majority of a/c there, besides the many russians and a few zs-, are kenyan reg. Working for the various UN missions. To fly a 5Y- you obviously need a kenyan license, before you get that you'll need to get a kenyan work permit, which are getting harder and harder to get UNLESS you have a connection in Nairobi.

KAS, ET Safair all in country, so if you really wnat to see Sudan try one of them as sudan companies tend to hire their own.

Plenty of work for cropjocks..

The World Bank is about to launch another scheme in the Sudan. This may generate a few jobs for a short time.
Saludos.
