Calling Nigeria

The forum has been quiet about happenings in Nigeria. What is happening to the planned reforms in the sector? Has anything meaningful been achieved?

Significant progress in Nigeria in a two...three week period? Significant progress anywhere in two...three weeks for that matter.

Re: Calling Nigeria

What reforms?

Didn't mean to sound cyincal, but it's a simple question.

All we heard is the usual "Task Force", "Committees", "Probes".

Words which came up since Babangida's SAP years.

And they are only that - words.

The problem, I'm convinced, is the current administration and their refusal
to appoint the right people.
