Re: 1Time Cockpit policy?

Where they chatting to the hosties IN the loo???
It is after all up to the commander of the aircraft to make sure his cabin crew is not carrying any illegal objects. I don't see the problem with the occasional strip search...

Okay... but seriously...

Let us not be led by our noses just because the 1st world says so
Right on the money Gunship!!!

Re: 1Time Cockpit policy?

Skote Petoors, bedoel, meant, right on the money Guns!

What good is a world living in fear of everything? First world....looking at slums worldwide, I think America can no longer claim to be there, for one! This world domination thing sucks, big time! Look carefully, every thread on all the forums eventually boils down to this, we are better than you.

Rant over, girls, nookie, it's work man! Do it in your off/free time, if your'e not married! Cockpit visitations, yes, we're after all priviliged, after all the grudges are cleared and apologies were heartfelt.

Realities are the stuff dreams are made of!

Hey inverted, the policies in our company is not really your concern, but they sure as hell are within the laid down regulations and give most passengers a feeling of being part of the wonderful world of aviation with something as simple as opening a cockpit door. The American policies are really affecting our jobs and make a lot of passengers lose respect for cockpit crew.....

One time,...flying with 1time, not for the first, or last time, they had a competition, whoever guessed nearest to the amount of fuel they had on board got the jumpseat. Everyone had to write the amount on their boarding cards which was collected by the hosties. It was my lucky day!
Found the crew most professional an patient with my stupid questions. Also think it safer going for a leak and legstrech now and again than sitting for hours getting floating eyeballs. A chat to the hosties would probably get the heart beating faster and blood circulating...all good for aviation safety. heehee

Stop'ngo, highly unlikely!
From all the postings here, it is apparent that 1Time either has an open cockpit policy or no fixed policy at all, as my daughter said she sat in the cockpit all the way from JHB to CPT last night.

Cool for her.

I flew from Joburg to CT on Monday avi on a green machine, I think it was MN103. Same open door policy, also an off duty FO standing around front chatting up the hostie's, later joined by the friend sitting in the right seat.

And very fine the hosties were indeed. Specially the tall blonde one!!
