Unfortunately I do not have any other info at the present time.Better contact them and see which are their requirement.Until now I did not have any answer from Oxy Libia or from any others Libian company that I contacted before.

I called in Libia at that phone number and they gave to me that E mail address which has been working for me , but any away I am still waiting for an answer.When I contacted them over the phone I asked if they had any airplanes and the answer was "yes".I do not know other operator with Twin Otter ,but I also tried to contact others operators in Libia and I never got any answer .

There is a company called Medavia based out of Malta, they have CASA's also there is another company called Tibisiti I belive, I heard Tibisiti will works like a dunky although. I am trying to find info on Medavia how to get a job with them since they are better run.
