Helicopter crashes in E Cape 2005-11-18
Uitenhage - Two people were injured when a two-seater helicopter crashed at the Agri-Expo in Patensie near Uitenhage on Friday, Eastern Cape police said.
Inspector Marianette Olivier said a pilot and a passenger sustained minor injuries when the aircraft plunged to the ground due to suspected mechanical failure.
Members of the Civil Aviation Authority were trying to determine the cause of the accident on Friday.
