Can anyone give me any info about Nyasa Express? Such as fleet expansion plans, crew recruitment policies (Malawi or South African license required?), pay and conditions?

Nyasa Express:
New charter company based in Lilongwe, Malawi. Flying a B200 and a B1900. Aircraft leased long-term from South Africa with SA aircrew, flying on Malawi license.
