Hour building in Nigeria

I have a ppl and i have to return home to Nigeria.I will like to know if there is any where in the country where i can build up more hours after returning before i go back for my cpl?

There used to be a flying club based in Murtala Mohammed a long time ago. Don't know if it's still going, but I'm sure some of the Lagos based guys will be able to enlighten you. Sorry I can't be of more detailed help.
