Be1900 In Sierraleone 7 Afghanistan

Can some one help me to know who are the operators of B1900 in Sierra Leone and Afhanistan?

The only B1900 that is operating out of Freetown (SierraLeone) is for Solenta Aviation on the ICRC contract,and Solenta has also got B1900's in Afghanistan,Nac also operates B1900 in Afghanistan
