seychelles 1900d
Does anybody have any info about the 1900d operation with the Island Development Company in Seychelles. Pay, working conditions, life in the seychelles and anything else anybody could provide would be appreciated.

They are recruiting foreign captains with 1900 PIC experience. A friend of mine went to work for them, but he left before his trial period ended; apparently life was real expensive there for somebody who wants to live by western standards, and he was making little money comparatively. However he said their 1900D are in excellent condition and their operation is serious. Recurrents done 6-monthly by a South African examiner (Tony Smit).

salary +- 4.000 USD, you survive for this money in Seychelles; it's only good for singles.

EXPATRIATE PILOT CONTRACT
1- Contact duration-------------------------------two years
2- Probation period-------------------------------six months
3- Notice period------------------------------------three months
4- Monthly salary before tax-------------------------12,631.57 SRS
5- Housing allowance before tax--------------------6,000 SRS
6- Tax amount--------------------------------------------5%
7- One USD--------------------------------------------around 5.70 SRS
8- One annual air ticket for leave
9- Annual leave days-----------------------------------21
10- Amount of forex to be transferred-------------around 1,000 USD per month
