I use a good Search Engine. Its a free download. www.copernic.com. All I was able to find was a news article. Hope you read French.

Afriqiyah is a Libyan airline, which has no own aircraft. All aircraft are leased from Tunesia. They have two A320 (TS-ING / TS-INH) and also operate a VIP A300-600 (TS-IAY).
In Libya they are not recognised as airline because of lack of own aircraft. In first instance they are a tour operator.
