Aircraft rental in Nigeria?

does anyone know if there is any form of light aircraft rental in Nigeria? Or is there anyone who does foreign license (FAA) revalidations or BFRs?

I had been reluctant in answering as my information must be out of date.
Many years ago, there was a flying club based at a place called Magbon Airfield in Badagry. This is just on the western outskirts of Lagos. They had C152s and C172s for rent. I no longer live in Nigeria, and have no idea if this place still exists.
The only other place I can think of is the Civil Aviation Training centre in Zaria where they have TB-9s, but I'm not sure if you'd be able to rent from them.
