The way I understand it is that there have been 2 Let 410 crashes in the last number of weeks. (This was the feedback I got from my colleauges based there at the moment).

If anybody has any further info to verify please let me know!

Snoop 2 Lets 1 AN-12

A Let 410 went down close to a mnth ago...see gunss post.

Another Let-410 ran out of the juice and put down in wet strip...+-2 weeks?? Can't confirm.

An-12 sadly ended it's Juba-HSSS run in the Nuba mountains during bad storms and engine failure/s? One crew member survived just a few hours.

Now, very difficult to bring older A/C into Sudan for local operations

Kern, how those books?
