A local carrier called 'Antrak' announced last year they had purchased an ATR42 and it was to be delivered in Dec. 03 the story then changed to an ACMI lease from a Bulgarian operator Viaggio Air and reg. was declared to GCAA as LZ-ATR, GCAA inspected the operator in Bulgaria mid. 2003

GCAA then revoked the licence of Antrak on the (quite legitimate economic regulation) ruling that Antrak's business plan and incomes did not cover the cost or minimum hours of the ACMI lease...

Is it Antrak back again?

Or is it something to do with DHL?

Hi there, just to add something on this subject.

It is not ATR's in Accra but only one ATR. Has nothing to do with DHL as they are flying self loading cargo. The ATR is however in great condition and looks great.

I wish them many happy and safe flying hours in these parts of Africa in which we fly.
