Bizjet gear up at Luanda...

Have just heard from a fellow crew member that a bizjet (rumoured HS125 on the Angolan register ) made a gear up landing at Luanda earlier today... Supposedly a number of flypasts were made to confirm landing gear status, the a/c then departed to burn fuel before returning for the gear up landing... The runway was closed pending removal of the a/c by a crane. More details when available..

Thumbs up D2 EXR - HS125

I arrived at the airport just as the crew were doing their final fly past and 5 minutes later they returned and carried out a text book wheels up landing in the dirt between RWY 23 RWY 25. Three cheers to the crew.... Nice one!
