Illegal flights out of Waterkloof

Anyone know about the investigation into illegal flights by IL 76 aircraft out of Waterkloof?

You name it they have done it! No FOP's, No Customs doc's, BS destinations.

Yeah, Yeah...

UN operated flights do not need FOPs, customs documents and yes, for the most part they operate to and from some BS destinations.

Why would the CAA and defense force be investigating such flights then?
