Air Canada Flt AC2 encounters wind sheer at YYZ

Looks like quite a ride - pucker factor = 10

No cloud about, stiff crosswind. Zero pitch at 50ft isn't going to end nicely unless well-saved.

From Haneda to Yyz on November 13th it seems...
Could it be some PIO or anything else...?

At 0:21 a wind sock appears which seems to indicate a strong cross wind. This thread is also in the spotters corner.
