Plane crashes [ditches] into sea by busy New Hampshire beach

https://www.bbc.com/news/av/world-us-canada-66360359

A small plane was left floating nose-first in the water after an emergency landing caused it to flip tail over nose by a busy New Hampshire beach.Witnesses say the single-engine Piper PA-18 plane was towing a banner before it crashed.

Officials say lifeguards rescued the pilot, who was not hurt. Aviation officials are investigating the crash.

As a super-cub driver myself I'd always desperately try and stall just before wheels touched the sea.... glad driver was unharmed and didn't need medical help, also glad he ditched banner - but as fan-stops go I think they did an awesome job in the environment and situation
