Just for clarification to those who may opine that this is an accident and should be in this Forum, there are occasions when the

“Rumours & News Reporting Points that may affect our jobs or lives as professional pilots. Also, items that may be of interest to professional pilots.”

takes it to R&N for the interest and background interception issues arising 👍
