Curious to know why it was deleted, last I saw it seemed to be a sensible discussion.

(NB, I also started a thread about the accident at the same time as the other was posted - deleted that one myself...)

Same here, wondering why, and the thread that remained This could have been a lot worse. doesn't make any sense now....
For those having worn a chute in a GA aircraft, this lucky escape is interesting to share and learn something from. Not like a fake, social media craze, bordering criminal behavior "unplanned" use of a chute out of a GA plane....
