3 USAF personnel killed in PA-28-181 crash

Two USAF Officers and one senior enlisted man were killed in a light plane crash near RNC/KRNC, McMinnville, Tenessee, USA on 08 September, 2020. Here's a link to the report on the Aviation Safety Network site:

https://aviation-safety.net/wikibase/241076

It looks like the prop was not turning when the aircraft impacted terrain. It also appears that the impact was the end of a flat spin because there was little or no evidence of horizontal movement at the time of impact. A witness said that it appeared that the aircraft was attempting to return to the airport. One of the victims, an Air Force Lt. Colonel, held a Private Pilot's License.

What a shame ... R.I.P.
