A small plane with four people on board crashed this morning on a street in Belo Horizonte's Caiçara neighborhood, hitting fire and pedestrians. According to the Fire Department, at least three people died and three others were injured. The identities of the victims have not yet been disclosed. Colonel Erlon Dias do Nascimento Botelho, deputy commander of the Minas Gerais Firefighters, said that among the dead were one of the occupants of the plane, a pedestrian and a person inside one of the vehicles hit. The other occupants of the aircraft survived, according to him, including the pilot who was sent to João 23 Hospital. The victims' health status is unknown.

This video shows the ballistic parachute about 40 metres away from the burnt-out wreckage and not connected to it. It looks like the rocket might have ignited during th post-crash fire.
