Antwerp, crash at take off

This morning a small plane, student flying, did crash during take off.
Anybody know more?

PA-28 off the side of the runway - no casualties, minor damage.

Interesting that the ASN narrative says problems with the gear not coming down, yet it is a Piper Archer!
