Cessna engine quit/landed island in the Tay

Hope it’s long enough and you can get the deer to f$&k out the way to get it back out. Again, excellent bit of flying there sir, I salute you.

Crop should be low this time of year, but how firm is the ground?

I remember another aircraft that landed short of an airport because of fuel concerns. It failed to clear the fence on the subsequent takeoff attempt.

This is a good time to talk to the farmer.

Hi

A Friend at the local club was discussing the the situation and asked, how did the the pilot get off the island, boat or swim? I suggested that he probabley walked across after that landing - respect!
