Brimpton again!

Apparently someone parked a Traumahawk on its nose at Brimpton on Wednesday 14th while taking off.

Spotted this in the BBC news, a bit surprised not to see it here.

Pilot uninjured after crash at Brimpton Airfield - BBC News

When I was based there I was always amused by the various syndicate members and their fueling of this aircraft. One of the members, who was of slight build, always seemed to be putting fuel into the aircraft before shooting skywards on his own. Another member of more substantial build always seemed to be draining fuel out before crawling over the boundary hedge, flying with a friend. I didn't realise that the aircraft performance and limitations were worse than my 2 stroke powered Rans microlight.
