Post Liquid Cooled Cylinders

I've just seen a website that talks about the advantages of adopting liquid cooled cylinder barrels for Lycoming 0-360 and 0-540 engines. Essentially remove the old cylinders and bolt on the new ones, with hoses, radiator etc. They are developing an STC for conversion of certified aircraft.

Their claims;

- increased power(12 h on a 0-360)
- 15% block fuel burn decrease, 12 gph instead of 16 gph at Takeoff.
- Unable to induce detonation at 29 inch MAP@1600 rpm
- possible 3000 hr TBO with no other modifications
- lower airframe drag.

I'm interested an anyones comments, ho true are their claims. Would also be interested in anyones experiance operating and maintaining the Lycoming Voyager liquid cooled engine TSIOL-550.
