OZcabincrew they don't take QF shortlisters because although AO is a wholly owned
subsidiary they are operated as an entirely separate company. They have their own staff, their own management and their own crew.
People that are on the QF shortlist are applying for QF,
not for AO. If you want to apply to AO then you need to go through the proper channels and go through their own recruitment process.
It is exactly the same for all of QF subsidaries eg. Airconnex, Eastern, Sunstate, Australian etc. all are run entirely independantly of QF recruitment and if you want to fly for them you need to apply to them directly.
