Can I presume you’re a FO?
I’ve been in the pool since end of sept for DEC. Two guys on my day got called a month or so before I did having found out they passed two weeks after me. Another guy got called a week before me having passed a month after. I’m not sure of the logic or order, but what I will say is they are always extremely friendly if you call. My advice is call them for an update. I imagine they’re simply processing Captains first at the moment and air Berlin and monarch have slowed things down for us non rated people. Give them a call and tell them about your flexibility around base preferences.
